To ensure that your appointment runs smoothly, please consider the following points:

• Bring the vaccination record: If available, please remember to bring your pet’s vaccination record to the appointment.

• Fasting before examinations: If a blood test or surgery is planned for your pet, please ensure they arrive fasting.

• Samples outside opening hours: You can drop off samples, such as urine or stool, outside our regular opening hours. Just contact us in advance for details.

• Two cats in one appointment: If you would like to have two cats vaccinated, we can gladly accommodate them in a single appointment.
